Where are they now?

Here's a list of bushfood firms I compiled back in 1999. The list wasn't exhaustive even then and I have removed individuals - but I'm still am amazed at just how many different firms were involved in the industry back then. Are there more today? Fewer?

Here's a nice little exercise for your quiet moments - work out how many of these firms are still around.
