Having found a small grove of Lemon aspen (Acronychia Acidula) fruiting well, I harvested and brought them home.

Next step - let's look at my ENORMOUS list of recipes gathered over 20 years and find some for Lemon Aspen...

Will keep searching and add this wonderful fruit to my 'recipe index' as soon as I can.

For the moment, I will juice my harvest and keep looking...
