Bushfood Baskets introduces a range of distinctive tastes and aromatic flavours which are indigenous to Australia. Each basket includes several of our own products, plus selected items from other specialist producers of natural 
Australian bush foods. All our produce is hand made from native fruits, herbs, nuts, leaves and spices. Some ingredients are grown in our Certified Organic orchards, others are gathered from the wild in Queensland, South Australia, Kakadu, Tasmania and Northern New South Wales.

Each hamper is handsomely presented in a cane basket, lined with pot-pourri and  tissue, decorated with emu feathers and everlasting daisies, and wrapped in 
cellophane tied with raffia.

The WILDEST collection fills our Wildest Basket, each one a unique creation hand made by Kimana using rainforest palms, canes, vines and seeds, lined with pot-pourri and dried flowers.

Bushfood Baskets Christmas Cake contains 6 glace bush fruits - sandpaper figs, desert limes, lemon aspen, riberies, quandongs, Davidson plums - with organic 
flours and eggs and wild bush spices, soaked in brandy and cooked in a wood oven. Cellophane wrapped, tied with raffia and presented with dried flowers in a gift box 1.2kg $50. 
Due to short supply of native fruits, we may not be able to fill all orders.

Produced in the Charles Stuart University Cheese Factory. Tasty, full of flavour, marinated in Australian Olive 
Oil.
